Ok, i´ll try...
Skodafreak2210 told me at out last meeting that these light were an production-error from Skoda, but they have the "E" test character. So they should be certified in the EU. But I unfortunately don´t know where you get this lights.

Every part of the car needs E test character. This sign allows the use of the part. You can find it on every part of your car, windows, light etc.
Yes, obviously are this lights an error of production of Skoda. Perhaps they are now available at tuning-shops, I don´t know. But i have never seen this lights.

Die Rückleuten sehen ja verdammt gut aus , aber wie ich verstanden habe, nicht zugelassen hier in DTL =(
